Information You Provide Us

We collect any Personal Information you provide to us when you use the Services. You may provide us with information in various ways on the Services.

  • Registered Customers. Registered Customers are required to provide us with certain information to service their accounts such as the name and email address of contact persons and/or registered users of our Ad Platform. This information is used to manage our business relationship with these customers and provide the Ad Platform.
  • Communications. If you contact us directly, we may receive additional information about you. For example, if you email our Customer Support Team or sign up to receive updates regarding new products and/or services, we will receive your email address, the contents of a message or attachments that you may send to us, and other information you choose to provide.
  • Other Business Customers, Partners, and Vendors. We may receive contact details of other business customers’, partners’ and vendors’ employees as provided by them in furtherance of the relevant customer, partner or vendor relationship, such as first and last name, email address, phone number, title, and department.

  • Ad Platform. Our Ad Platform enables Registered Customers to sell and buy digital advertising delivered to end-user consumers of mobile applications that utilize this service ("Users"). In order to provide this service our platform is designed to collect certain types of information, including Personal Information, from Users. This information includes, to the extent available and permitted by applicable law, the User's operating system, carrier, advertising identifier, advertising opt-out preferences, applicable time-zone, orientation, display details, geographic location, and IP address. We or our Registered Customers may use this information to serve better targeted ads to Users.
  • Website and Email. In addition, if you interact with our Website or communicating with us via email, we may collect information about you through automated means, such as cookies, web beacons, and web server logs. By using these Services, you consent to the placement of cookies, beacons, and similar technologies in your browser and on emails in accordance with this Policy. The information collected in this manner includes IP address, browser characteristics, device IDs and characteristics, operating system version, language preferences, referring URLs, and information about the usage of our Website.

  • To understand and analyze the usage trends and preferences of Registered Customers, website users, and Users.
  • To personalize your experience on the Services by presenting tailored content.
  • To contact you for administrative or informational purposes, including by providing customer service or sending communications, including changes to our terms, conditions, and policies.
  • For marketing purposes, such as developing and providing promotional and advertising materials that may be useful, relevant, valuable or otherwise of interest.
  • We may aggregate data collected through the Services and may use and disclose it for any purpose.
  • For our business purposes, such as audits, security, compliance with applicable laws and regulations, fraud monitoring and prevention.
  • To enforce our terms of service or other legal rights.

When We May Use Your Information

When you use third-party apps, websites or other products which may be integrated with or available on our Website, they may collect information about your activities for purposes including interest-based advertising and such collection is subject to the privacy policies of those third parties. This information could be combined with information collected from other third party websites, and we may allow cookie matching with select partners, although these parties are not authorized to access our cookies. We take measures to delete your Personal Information or keep it in a form that does not permit identifying you when this information is no longer necessary for the purposes for which we process it, unless we are required by law to keep this information for a longer period.

  • When we process Personal Information on behalf of Registered Customers, we maintain it as specified in the relevant agreement or otherwise instructed by them, unless required by law to retain it for a longer period of time.
  • When we process Personal Information for our own purposes, we determine the retention period taking into account various criteria, such as the type of services provided to you, the nature and length of our relationship with you, possible re-enrollment with our services, the impact on the services we provide to you if we delete some information from or about you, and mandatory retention periods provided by law and the statute of limitations.

Your Choices and Rights

You may, of course, decline to share certain information with us, in which case we may not be able to provide to you some of the features and functionality of the Services. Registered Customers may update, correct, or delete their account information at any time by contacting us at the contact information listed below. From time to time, we send marketing e-mail messages to Registered Customers. If you no longer want to receive such emails from us on a going forward basis, you may opt-out via the "unsubscribe" link provided in each such email.

If you are located in the European Economic Area ("EEA"), you may have the following additional rights.

Request access to and receive information about the Personal Information we maintain about you, update and correct inaccuracies in your Personal Information, restrict or object to the processing of your Personal Information, have the information anonymized or deleted, as appropriate, or exercise your right to data portability to easily transfer your Personal Information to another company. In addition, you may also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, including in your country of residence, place of work, or where an incident took place.

Withdraw any consent you previously provided to us regarding the processing of your Personal Information, at any time and free of charge. We will apply your preferences going forward and this will not affect the lawfulness of the processing before your consent withdrawal.

Users may opt-out of our collection of information from mobile devices, by accessing settings offered by their mobile operating system to limit ad tracking. For example, iOS mobile devices may provide a "Limit Ad Tracking" setting and Android phones may provide an "Opt out of Interest-Based Ads" setting. Users may also elect to install the AppChoices app to learn more about opting out of receiving personalized ads in mobile apps. Note that if you opt-out you will still see advertising on your device, but it may be less relevant to your interests. In addition, if you reset your device identifier or use a different device you may need to renew your opt-out.

Use of Service by Minors

The Services are not intended for children under the age of 13 and we do not knowingly collect information online from children under the age of 13. If Max becomes aware that any person submitting information to the Services is under the age of 13, we will promptly take steps to delete the information and terminate the user account. Do Not Track Signal

We do not currently respond to web browser “do not track” signals or other mechanisms that provide a method to opt out of the collection of information across the networks of websites and online services in which we participate. Max uses servers hosted in the United States. Please note that we may be transferring your information outside of your region for storage and processing in the United States and around the globe.
